Now Hiring: Production Workers – Multiple Shifts Available
Milgard, a leading window and door manufacturer and part of Miter Brands, is hosting an onsite hiring event to fill multiple Production Worker positions. These roles directly support the production of parts used to assemble window and door units at Milgard plants across the country.
💰 Pay & Shift Differential
- Hourly Pay: $22–$25 per hour (all shifts)
- Shift Differential:
- Swing Shift: $2/hour
- Graveyard Shift: $2/hour
🕗 Available Shifts
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Graveyard Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Mandatory overtime is required as needed for all shifts
🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Operate production and manufacturing machinery
- Support various stages of the production process, including powder coat operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met
- Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Contribute to consistent output to meet daily production demands
💪 Physical Requirements
These roles are highly physical and require the ability to:
- Stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift
- Constantly move, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work in an industrial manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
- Ability to safely learn and operate machinery
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
