The Hybrid BDR role is a full-cycle pipeline generation position that owns all lead sources for a defined set of accounts. Each Hybrid BDR is aligned to one Sales Manager (DSM) and partners with 3-5 Account Manager / Solutions Engineer (AM/SE) pairs and their book of business.

This is a quota-carrying role with an annual quota and quarterly targets. The expectation is simple: meet and exceed targets by executing with urgency, strong habits, and customer-focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions.

The annual base pay for this position is: $49,900.00 - $74,900.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
