Spa Attendants are the liaison between spa treatments and amenities. This individual is primarily responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms. This includes the distribution of linens and the maintenance of toiletries in locker room vanities. Spa Attendants add to the guest experience by hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Fitness equipment deep cleaning

- Spa equipment deep cleaning

- Back stock inventory

- Linen inventory

- Dusting

The hourly rate for this position is $26.40/hour - $26.93/hour. The starting rate for this position is $26.40/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $26.93/hour.

This position earns additional compensation through automatic service charges on the guest’s services. Of the 20% service charge, 2% is placed in a tip pool for the Spa Attendants & Reception colleagues.
