This position is designed for a motivated, organized, and business-savvy professional who can manage priorities with day-to-day oversight.

Business Development Representative Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $62,793.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Manage and grow a defined book of business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication
  • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through regular calls, visits, and strategic follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions across products, services, and programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Design) to execute customer initiatives efficiently
  • Support onboarding of new accounts transitioned from Sales, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff
  • Maintain detailed account notes, activity tracking, follow-ups, and forecasting with a high degree of accuracy
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as required
  • Represent the company professionally within the local market and broader region

Business Development Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a smaller, satellite office environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
